Among our visitor services are two different brochures for your guests — one that describes the Macy's on State Street experience and another that welcomes them with a discount once they get here.

The Destination Brochure provides an overview of Macy's on State Street shopping, dining, history and architecture, signature events and visitor services. Quantity distribution is available to you for advance distribution. The colorful brochure also includes value-added certificates from some of our Chicago tourism partners, as well as a voucher your guest can use to obtain a copy of our Visitor Savings Pass with appropriate out of town identification. The Visitor Savings Pass recognizes Chicago visitors and thanks them for traveling to our flagship store by rewarding them with a savings discount*.
