Since its Chicago debut in 1999, Macy's Glamorama has become one of the city's most anticipated events of the summer. This annual juxtaposition of music and fashion has become a citywide spectacle, even earning nationwide acclaim. Celebrating its eighth consecutive year at the famous Chicago Theatre, a contemporary country theme will prove that when it comes to high-end fashion and big-name celebs, not even the sky can limit the heights this event will reach.

Over the past eight years, Glamorama has raised more than $2 million for The Art Institute of Chicago. This high-energy fundraising event will once again feature designer fashion, world-class entertainment, celebrity attendees and an elaborate post-party.

This year's Glamorama will be bigger and better than ever. Touted as the hottest ticket in Chicago by media and public alike, our signature fall fashion event and mega-fundraiser will salute the American Wow Girl in 2007. After the performance, attendees will make their way to the State Street store for an elaborate post-party on the seventh floor where attendees will dine and dance the night away. This year, we're puttin' the Oh! in rodeo with a post-party bash in true Wow Girl style. Think silver-leaf antlers, chrome hitching posts and Lucite hay bales. Whoever coined the phrase "Wild West" had no idea how wild it could get!
